Starting place is the local collages and university and see if they have a nursing program. You need to talk to admitting and find out what they require for you to start a nursing program. prereq's etc. Because you were educated in another contry you are going to have to have you education reviewed by a professional company that can then put your education into American terms. Again talk to admitting to find out exactly what is required. It takes time but before you know it you will be on your way to becoming a nurse. Good luck.
Since you are in Martin County a good place to start is Indian River Community College's nursing program.

Home sweet home, grew up in Vero, my sister is a nurse in Ft. Pierce. She did the ADN program at IRCC, Indian River Community College. Tough program, but she has done very well - and tho it pains me to say it - she's a good nurse. (At nearly6 40, sibling rivalry still exists )
Depending on where you are in Martin Co., try the community college in Palm Beach. Good Luck!!
