Most work-at home insurance jobs require a few years experience. There may be work as a case manager for psych /mental health once you have 3-5 years experience. 0 Likes

WillyNilly Dec 9, 2014 Some insurance companies offer this type of job, however more and more of them are downsizing and asking them to become case managers and work in the field as travel or home care nurses. Is there a reason you would like to leave? What about gaining med surg experience? 0 Likes
