I need to take orgo and nutrition over the summer. I've never taken online classes so any suggestions where to register and with what site would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Colorado community colleges online has online everything including sciences. So does excelsior. However, some nursing schools specify that online sciences aren't allowed.

Oregon State and UC Berkeley extension also have online organic chemistry courses. I'd check your local community college to see if it had a class. Organic chemistry is one of the few courses I would not chose to do online (and I do everything I possibly can online).

Try your local community colleges and universities. Many have online or hybrid classes during the summer. The nutrition should be easy to find online. You probably will not be able to find a chem class that is purely online, but may be able to find a hybrid format class for the summer. I know my CC has this; all lecture, homework, etc. is done online and students show up on campus once a week for labs.
Did you find nutrition online? I finally found an online open class through a community college.
