When to reapply NCLEX RN in Florida BON

I took my exam last December 29, failed with 265 items. Planning to reapply for my examination again. Can I reapply right away or do I need to wait 45 days to reapply for the NCLEX RN exam since the day I took it the first time? I hope someone can help me out with this. I really want to take the exam as soon as I am able to.

As what I understood we can reapply right away but cannot set a schedule not after 45 days from the previous attempt of the exam.

Im confused. I hope someone can enlighten me about this.

If I remember correctly, you can reapply right away but have to wait the 45 days between tests

EMI, I also took the boards with Florida BON and received 265 questions but I took it December 30,2016 and failed.

I paid the application fee January 2,2016 and also paid for pearson vue that same day and today I received my approval from florida BON and now I'm waiting for my ATT,
