I am in the middle of an NP Program and for personal reasons need to move and find a new nursing position. At what point is it appropriate during the job hunt to mention being in school?
I know I'd have to disclose this eventually, considering scheduling and potential tuition reimbursement benefits. Just wondering if it would be more of a con during interviewing because then they'll know I probably won't stay past ~3 years bc at that point I'd hopefully be seeking an NP position. I also don't want to be seen as difficult in terms of scheduling (like if I have Wednesday classes and need every Wednesday off). Is it better to wait until a job offer and ask for forgiveness later? Or be upfront about it right off the bat?

I say be upfront since you have a schedule that you are asking a potential employer to work around. The likelihood of that, at least where I live, isn't likely unless it's a PRN or baylor position but if you are upfront it may be something, given what you are able to offer an employer, they are willing to work with you on. As far as them "knowing" you aren't going to stay past 3 years or whatever, a lot can change for them & for you in that time frame & most employers, are just looking at the immediate needs of staffing & aren't too concerned with 3 years down the line.
