Sorry if this has been covered, but I haven't done MDS's in a looooong time. Under the locomotion on unit, if a resident is pushed in a wheelchair, what do you code it? I have looked back to see what has been previously coded and sometimes it is limited, and sometimes dependent. The MDS 3.0 doesn't give an example

If the resident's feet could touch the floor and make the w/c move at all, but was pushed by staff, I coded extensive assist x 1. If the resident had foot rests at all times, could not move the chair at all, I coded dependent. Not sure if that's correct, just what I did :)
