I thought this might help to answer my other post since I don't have a response yet. It would help me to know how far others have driven in time and or distance to school. Thanks in advance.

My school is 30 miles away from where I live. That's 40 minutes according to MapQuest...in reality, tack on an additional 5-10 to that estimate.
Can't help you much with the other thread--I don't know anything about Bon Secour or JTCC
I appreciate it. The closest school is about 25 mins. from me. BUT, they require more classes, and won't give me credit for some classes I have already taken. (See other post in lpn to Rn students) thanks though for your response.:balloons:

I traveled 30 to 45 minutes to classes. Some clinical sites: 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
so what kind of programs are you in? Thanks.

65 minutes one way......on a good traffic/weather day. It's 60 miles, and 6 different expressways one way. Good "thinking" time!
ADN program, 5 semesters.
