Hi Case Managers!I've repeatedly read that field case managers and telephonic case managers have very flexible schedules. How do you schedule your day? How many patients do you visit daily? Is 200 cases to manage annually a high number??Any information will help!!Thank you all!

I do my own scheduling so if I need to, I can schedule around doctor appointments or picking a kid up from school. Doing so in the middle of the day though will obviously mean that I'll be working later into the evening.

My total case load consists of about 120 patients. I usually visit my patients in the afternoon and upload the required paperwork in the evening because I dislike mornings.
