What's it like to work as an RN at UMDNJ, Newark?

i am relocating to newark, nj and i have narrowed down the hospitals that i would like to work in to umdnj and clara mass in belleville. i have heard good things about clara mass but i know of no one who has worked at umdnj. any information that you can provide would be tons of help. give me the good, the bad and the ugly.

I am looking at Surgical or Trauma ICU. Let me know if you know anything about these at UMDNJ.
