It's a stupid question and I should know the answer to this by now. But can someone explain what the difference is between PG and HCHAPS?
Thanks so much

unquestionably, the primary difference between the two is the rating scale. having said that, the hopkins press ganey survey measures patients’ perception of how well various aspects of their experience such as admissions, tests, treatment, plus meals were handled. furthermore, the hopkins ganey utilizes a rating scale of very good, good, fair, poor and very poor. on the other hand, the hcahps measures how often patients perceived an aspect of their care was performed, generally using a scale of always, usually, sometimes, and never. lastly, i hope i answered your concerns between the two, have a great week.....aloha~
