Questions are only assigned a difficulty level after they've been given as an unscored item to a number of candidates.
It makes some sense that a select-all-that-apply question might have a higher difficulty level since it requires that you're correct on each part of the answer. However, there is no way to know the difficulty level assigned to a particular question. In fact, you don't even know whether an individual question is being scored at all.

hi guys just wondering when taking nclex what is supposed to be your low and high level questions? I know SATA are just a type not a high level but how about teaching on meds etc??? Please help Im trying to fiq out my nclex today Thanks:eek:
