Whats the clinical care coordinator do?

Hey guys, I'm assuming the private duty forum got combined here because I can't find it anymore. I'm applying for a clinical care coordinator position with a pediatric private duty company I'm working for as a field nurse already. But I'm not 100% clear on what the job entails and I'd like to understand before I go in. Can anyone clear this up for me?
