There are tons and the prices are all over the place. Anyone have a clue which type is most accurate?

I have a little batter operated finger model that I purchased some years ago for home use with my asthmatic son. It doesn't have a brand name on it but I tested it against the big models at work and it accurate. I paid $75.00 for it but I believe they are cheaper now.

Hi. New member, first post. I did a lot of research before buying mine. I'm on a pulmonary unit so I wanted something that was accurate and reliable, and in my pocket. I got the Nonin Onyx Vantage 9590. Not cheap, but it's intended for professional use, and I've been very happy with it.
