I don't prefer to take big risks. But I have changed up my trajectory for the better in the past few years and the only regret I have is that I didn't see things (that were making me feel dissatisfied) for what they were immediately so that I could get started on my plan B sooner. So my advice is if you know it needs to happen then don't let fear stop you.

thank you so much. I really appreciate that advice! I think I'm going to talk to my supervisor about how I am feeling. it sucks, but I think I'm learning as I get older that I need to prioritize myself first.
