What fluids do you hang blood with? Do you flush the line if a reaction is occurring?

No, you must never flush the existing line and use a new IV line if required.
No, you must never flush the existing line while the reaction is occuring, however you could use a new IV line if required.
You would want to review the results to see if the blood is improving for that patient, if there are any infections or bacteria in the blood maybe?

How long are you transfusing it? How long is the blood product good for after you get it from the lab? How soon do you have to start it? Who else is checking name, dob, etc?
