Wear cool colored tones like light greens. Come in a collared, long-sleeved shirt and slacks with close-toed shoes. I personally think the 3/4's sleeved blouse is the shortest sleeve that a woman should wear. The short shoulder type ones with ruffles don't look too professional.
Only regular corporate employees can get away with wearing the more adventurous type of styles - not applicants.
If you've got a blazer, that'll be good too.
Also if you're a woman, put your hair up and have nude make-up nothing too gaudy.
Hope that helps. :)

business attire is safe...wear a nice fitting collared top, slacks and closed leather shoes...I just had my initial interview wtih SLMC-GB last Thursday..I also noticed that most of my colleagues wore business attire.. Please don't wear flat sandals or slippers..I know some people were given reminders because of wearing such things...I also caught a glimpsed of the interviewer's notes and he wrote something like "well-groomed" so it's better to dress up a bit..

put your hair up in a bun. they want to see their applicant's faces. NEVER let your hair down. for the guys, put some gel on your hair and cut them short.
also, for girls, wearing those silk blouses doesn't look professional. try wearing the button down blouses with 3/4 or long sleeves. much better if you have a black blazer. wear light make up and always smile! don't ever ever frown and always maintain eye contact. be confident and comfortable.
