I am currently taking a nurse aide 2 course, but my class and I have a few issues, and I am not sure if I should report him/her.
1. She does not follow the attendance policy for the program. We can only miss one day of clinical and if you are 5 minutes late or leave early that automatically counts as a full day missed. One student left early multiple times plus she has been late multiple occasions.
2. For our final exam we had 2 hours to complete the test, but one student tested over that amount. This same student told the class if they did not get a high enough grade on the final exam they will fail the class, but they mysteriously passed the final. Later I was informed that another student walked into the classroom and witnessed the classmate writing answers by the teachers desk while the instructor was in the room.
3) She lets certain classmates do less work because they currently work in a hospital. The classmates who work in the hospital are Nurse aide 1, but the class is for nurse Aide 2, why are they able to stand around for hours while the rest are doing patient care.
4) She demands we stand for the whole 7 hours. I understand that healthcare workers are required to walk and stand, but the only time we are allowed to sit is for lunch and a 15 min break, so when we document we have to stand and if there is no work for a period of time we still have to stand.
I know if I send the report this could cause a lot of damage to the students who have worked hard, but I noticed everyone is unsatisfied.

1. The student who left early multiple times may have spoken with the teacher before hand to get permission to do this. When I was in CNA training, some of my classmates showed up late too and it didn't have a negative effect of them. I also know that one of the women in my class had a special situation going on. It didn't really bother me, though I suppose it wasn't fair.
2. It seems you are implying that the student was cheating? Did you actually see him/her copying answers or was the student simply sitting by the teacher's desk? If you are not positive that he/she was cheating, I really don't think you should mention it.
3. I can see how that would be frustrating.
4. My instructors allowed us to sit at more often than yours did, but it was also only at certain times. I'm not sure that your instructor can really get in trouble for doing this. In the real world, you can't sit around when there's still work to be done.
Do your classmates know that you are reporting this instructor? Are they all in agreement that you should report her, or are you just assuming that they are all as upset as you are?

There could be reasons for what is happening with the other student that you have no knowledge (you have no need to know)about.
They are probably being dealt with, maybe other arrangements are being made that you don't know about....even if you KNOW this isn't the case, there could still be other things going on that you aren't aware of. Let the instructor/s deal with it.
The students who already work as a CNA in a hospital already have some experience. Again, this was something I'm sure the instructors have already figured out long ago. They have the knowledge and education, let them handle it.
Standing for a full 8 hours is the reality of the job. It''s good that your instructor is preparing you for this. You should thank them. You will be exhausted as it is on your first day and you will be one step ahead of the game when you start working.
Consider this seemingly unfairness as a practice on how to learn to accept what others with more training and experience instruct you to do. You will experience this sort of thing in the real world. Many times you will confront decisions made by your supervisors that you don't understand and you WILL have to accept them, be miserable or without a job.
When you become the supervisor or the educator, you may just say, "now I know why".
