What does TAGA mean?

Okay, so I have a list of terms to define, including LBW, SGA, LGA, and TAGA. I know that LBW is Low Birth Weight, SGA is Small for Gestational Age, LGA stands for Large for Gestational Age, but . . . TAGA?

The Internets are strangely silent on this term, and even my venerable bible on all things maternity, THE Lowdermilk text, giveth me no clue.

Any help?
