What do you do for yourself? How do you destress/unwind after work? Emotionally, I'm bringing my work home with me, which I know is not healthy. Also, I've been snacking my way through stress (work), and have really put on some weight. Went to see my doc today, and am READY to make my well being a priority. Any tips on fitting in exercise? Eating right? I'm looking to making some healthy, positive long-term changes in my life. Nurses, the caregivers that we are, we give advice to our patients daily. My question stands, what do you do for yourself?
