What if?

I was standing at the veranda when this idea pop up into my mind. What if nurses educated from the first world countries such as the US and UK would come to the Philippines and experience to work in our poorest hospitals:D. Working 12 hour shift and having unpaid overtime and receive same salary. and experience the following: having limited supply such as syringes and sometimes reusing them, and skipping dose of patients medication because the patient can't buy, cleaning a colostomywatching a patient die because of defective or unavailable resuscitation equipments.

Well I'm just asking what if?
