What would you do?

Would you accept a job offer in an area that you're really interested in pursuing- if it means taking a 2 to 3 dollar an hour pay cut? I wouldn't have to work weekends and all holidays are paid?

Benefits are about the same.

I don't mind my current job- but don't love it. Would like to grow and pursue a different area.

I'd do it if you can swing it financially. I, too, have done it twice, but the financial strain at first was a bit difficult to deal with. The benefits far outweigh that, though. Unless it would mean taking food out of your mouth or not paying your bills, I'd do it. Good luck!
