Does anyone know what specialty IMU is?

Just a guess, but I think it's InterMediate Unit. Some places call them IMCU. Not quite sick enough to be in ICU or CCU but not well enough for Med/Surg or PCU. Like a 3:1 acuity instead of 1 or 2. I worked one in Delaware.
