You have to find a school that matches your strengths. My school goes strictly by gpa which is what I wanted plus my school enrolls half of the students from the students that took their prerequisite at our school. After that all of our students plus transfer students get the other seats. So we get double the chance to get accepted. So my advice to you is find a school that acts on your strengths good luck to you!!!

You may want to take a look at private school options. I myself managed to score really well on the TEAS V with only six days prep time, and had my formal interview with the dean of the NP at my school of choice and she let me skip the selection pool and personally accepted me!!!!! They run a class 3 times a year with 20 odd people in each class. Hundreds sit the TEAS and fail, and more pass but do not get accepted so I feel really lucky - BUT since it is a private (and therefore quite costly) school the applicant pool is still smaller than average simply because the cost can be prohibitive. But if you qualify for full financial aid, the costs can be minimal. I would make sure you have exhausted ALL of your options for a NP. Best of luck to you :)
