  2. well im number 2 on the waiting list for fall, with a 3.72 gpa and still waiting to hear if I will get in.Its very frustrating especially since I will have to move if I go to Whatcom.I also have a bachelor's degree Good luck to you.If I dont get in I'll have to reapply
  3. Since Im having a problem getting into nursing school because of the competitivenss in Seattle,im wondering if people can tell me what state they are in and which school they are getting without a problem..thank you
  4. i moved here 10 years ago from NY and I love it here..My family is still in NY and I think about moving back.. Right now Im trying to get into an ADN program here in Seattle and having a hard time..Hope all of you make the right decision
  5. neldel,i was at the orientation last month.. i live in Seattle but applied to schools all over the state.the thing is these schools are a city univ..not private.I think I could get into private school but I would need 50,000 for school and I would need a loan for living expenses since I have to quit my job. Most of the school Ive applied to go by gpa and test scores
  6. oh you got into Whatcom.Im on the waiting list for Whatcom, number 2. I started at no.4..im praying I get in I also applied to NSCC3 times,,didint get in.Didnt get into Everett either.I also applied to Tacoma and today was the lottery but they disqualified my application because of an error I made.
  7. i have a BA.now im applying for ASN ..i
  8. Fuman, thanks for your response..Im curious where you live that you got in with 3.55..There isnt one school that I applies to that took lower than 3.8 Is that a pic of you, because if it is,then you look just like Chris Meloni from Law and Order..
  9. i didnt read this whole thread but do you all have a bsn or adn.i heard that NYP only hires BSN's
  10. Mikey,' thanks for your response. They really accepted 3.0??Ive applied to 5 different schools in WA., and have been rejected from all.I have a 3.7 and 90 on the HESI..Its just not good enough to get in anywhere here. im originally from NY so thought i would come back, but I would have to become a state resident again.. Thanks
  11. i have a 3.7 gpa and 90 on the HESI and I have been rejected from at least 5 schools..The lowest gpa they are taking are maybe 3.9.i just got a rejection yesterday, they took 30 students and had 200 applications I live in Washington state and have applied all over the state. and want to know if it's this competitive everywhere.i dont know what to do
  12. congrats to whoever made the program.im thinking of applying but I took all my prerequisites in Seattle..Do they try to take students who did their prereqs at Kingsborough. ALso what is the average GPA they consider and what test do you need to take.I took the HESI and TEAS in Seattle..Thanks for any info.
  13. so i guess my chances of getting in are remote since I repeated a class, even though I have a decent gpa.. So what do people do..I applied to NSCC twice also and didnt get in
  14. can anyone tell me what their gpa was to get into CSI
