Hi guys! last friday I applied as a pct in one of the hospitals here where I live and after some few hours i checked back my Application status and it said "application forwarded to manager" but then when i checked it today on the Job Search the job posted was not already in there. What does that mean? Do i have a chance to have an interview with them? or the position has been filled already since it's not in their job listing anymore? Please help me guys.. I just really need your ideas about this. Thanks and God Bless!

Jul 24, 2012 I think it means exactly what it said: your application was forwarded to the manager.This doesn't mean you definitely have the job, since who knows how many other applicants were forwarded along with yours. But I'd venture to say that until you hear/read otherwise, it sounds like you could still be in the running.Best of luck!

Aug 3, 2012 It means that the HR dept. took your application and gave it to the manager that is responsible for hiring for that position. The fact that the job posting is no longer there means either A) They filled the position. B) They received so many applications for the position that they closed out the job and are now proceeding with going through all the applications. Good luck!
odintelligent 6 Posts Aug 14, 2012 WOoooh! after 4 weeks they called me for me an interview tomorrow and got lucky because I have 2 interviews in 2 different hospitals. One is for ICU and one is for Clinic. Wish me goodluck guys! I will keep you posted on the result on my application. Hired or not i will be still thankful to God because i know that He have good plans for me and as well for all of us guys here.. Just believe in yourself and never stop praying!
