What do Psych NPs think of this article?

Very sad case and the transition from geodon to Seroquel was clearly not handled well. That said, I don't think her being an NP has anything to do with it. Medication errors and poor response happen more often than people realize, to MDs, DOs, NPs and PAs.

A reminder to look at the therapeutic dosage not just the starting dosage and do a taper off the previous dosage.
