If you had to guess, What percentage of staff RN's have a bachelor degree?

There is no study that shows staff RN as a percentage.

As of 2004 52% of RNs had a BSN. Another 8% had bachelors prior to nursing (although many of those probably were in BSN programs). So the ultimate answer is probably around 54%.
