I am interested to know if you guys have any ideas how can you define the organizational structure of army hospitals?. i am very interested of becoming one.

Hi Nurses-Rule:
Not quite sure what you mean.
At an Army MEDCEN (Medical Center) you have The Command of the MEDCEN, Deputy Commander for Patient Services and Nursing, the Chief of Critical-Care, the Head Nurse of the Critical Care Unit, then the OIC of that particular shift. Oops, I almost forgot the Troop Commander!
