I got this at check in with Affinity. I'm confused what it means:
"You have been selected for a test requiring further assistance. You must contact Affinity eHealth by phone to proceed. "
I called them but I am hoping they return my call before the end of the day so I can test

I don't know the answer. Does it have any information that thr testing center can maybe decipher? Call your case manager and at least leave a voice mail

I'm not sure what that means, could be anyone's guess what "further assistance" means. Perhaps something that needs more help with scheduling at a special center for a Peth blood test or hair etg test?

It is likely a test that requires you to go to a certain facility. That is what happened to me because it wasn't going to labcorp or quest like my other screens

Yeah that is what happened. It was apparently supposed to be sent to usdtl and they told me to go to this facility that had the chain of custody forms for the sample
