I work as a CNA in an ICU, and am an Rn student starting my preceptorship in med-surg. I will be performing a teaching project, basically a brief presentation to unit staff. I'm considering one on taking care of one's own feet (staff)...everyone's feet hurt! I'm also considering talking about what do to help confused/combative/detoxing patients (lots of experience with this one. :/ ) What topic is best? Can you suggest a topic you'd want to be trained on? I know if I get one more training session on handwashing I'm gonna scream!!! Thanks AN homies!

Proper lifting and turning techniques, I have seen some horrible mechanics. And it's always good to reinforce this one, maybe demo'ing and return demonstrating.

I recently went to one on back care. It included good mechanics.Great suggestion.
Proper lifting/turning it is! Thanks so much! (Still open to suggestions I can pass off to my classmates to help them.)
