I like that my job feels like it actually matters... I'm not behind a desk in an office with no windows crunching numbers. I like the autonomy, the pay, the hours, and the cool stupid-people tricks I get to see.
If I could change something, it would be the rude people I interact with. People seem to have forgotten how to just be nice.

I like that my job feels like it actually doesn't matter... I'm behind a desk in an office all day with lots of windows and no one dies because of what I do. I like the autonomy, the pay, the hours, monday thru friday weekends and holidays off. It is my cup of tea for sure!
I love the people I work with. I love knowing that my job makes a difference in the lives of the smallest patients. I have enjoyed watching my patients grow up over the last 12 years.
I'd change the attitudes of some of the staff who think they're too good to get up from the Internet to help someone else with the job we're all responsible for.
