What law is violated?

I am trying to do some research on laws r/t nurses.

Where would be a good place to look to find information about laws broken; specifically related to nurses stealing narcotics from patients?

you could also try to look up or ask your manager about your hospital's policy on reporting things like that and what actions are taken/options available for the accused.
