I jsut found this (not sure if it's up here already). I thought it was interesting... especially the part about interviewers not really knowing how to interview:
Also, the part about "letting your guard down" was interesting. I can see it from both perspectives. As someone who used to interview potential nursing students, it would be GREAT to see any potential red flags during the interview. But then again, the interview process is so stressful, that people can very easily say the wrong thing.
