What is this Imaging job title?

I am trying to contact the outpatient diagnostic imaging xray dept support staff who handle appointments and insurance. Non-clinical. For research I want to know their job title and can't get info from the hospital or their website. Is there a standard job title or does it vary by the hospital? They are so hard to reach.

You will find a wealth of titles, and some may even have "centralized scheduling" departments that schedule all appointments for certain departments.
