What do I need before I fly to Dubai?

I know that I need to take the DHA exam but at the moment I only have a year of experience from RN Heals. The plan is to work at clinics in Dubai not requiring DHA exam passers until i complete the experience requirements. These are my questions:

1. Are there really polyclinics in Dubai not requiring the DHA exam?

2. If yes, can I legally use the work experience I got when I finally apply for the exam?

3. Do I need to "Red-Ribbon" any of my requirements before going there? (TOR, Diploma etc.)

4. Aside from the usual requirements (Resume, Diploma, TOR, Bir, Certs. etc.) are there any other requirements I need to get to apply abroad?

I am new here in All Nurses and this is my first time to exit the Philippines so please bear with me :cat:

I hope you can help me with these questions because frankly I am so lost right now. :nailbiting:
