Those are basically the fun ones. Of course I learned actual nursing things as well.

What I learned
-Enthusiasm will be mistaken for being bossy and overbearing.
-The classes are kept at 32 degrees.
-Every laptop will have an issue.
-My school included a gym membership but I don't need it because it takes 20 minutes to walk from my car to the library with 40lbs on my back.
Tomorrow is my 4th day, I didn't have classes today but I spent 7 hours studying patho. One class.

I also learned:
~You cheat, you die. (Also if you find out someone else is cheating and you don't report it)
~Don't post things on social media.
~My instructors are also awesome. Seriously, they are great.
Also:
~The classrooms are kept at about 80 degrees.
~We have access to the gym for hospital employees except that I'll have absolutely no time to utilize it.
~Get there early so you have a place to park, especially at the 8:00 class start times.
~While it's not a really long walk, the walking from the parking lot to the building is still going to... well, not be fun.
~Labs are fun. I expected to have performance anxiety, but amazingly enough it's been enjoyable. In the sense that I feel more comfortable than I would have imagined as I'm the shy/self-conscious type.
~I learned that during check offs we'll be role playing rather than listing everything. In addition to that, I learned not to google "how to get comfortable role playing in class/school" as the results will not give you the type of role playing you're looking for.
