What does your hospital do for patient satisfaction?

Just curious.... besides the wonderful nursing care, what keeps your patients coming back?? What special perks do you do for your patients to make their stay more comfortable, etc. Thanks!

we give 5 dollar gift certificates for ANY complaint. Good at the cafe or gift shop

WHAT? That is the DUMBEST thing. We would go broke, we have so many people complain now for dumb things.

We give back rubs with HS cares, we cater to any pt's needs, we let them stay way beyond a length of stay any intelligent Medicare program would allow (I mean the people that have NO rehab potential are here for WEEKS)
