When you report a group of students and a instructor that is bullying you what happens? Does the victim have to repeat the semester? Do the bullies get kicked out the program? Is retaliation possible ?

Well, you're a nurse. You should know this.

no need to be rude.
If you have these concerns, I would speak with a counselor at school and see what the policy is. If something ever happens that you are needing to report, when you make a report it is a good idea to state that you would like a follow up regarding what happens with the issue. Now that being said, they will most likely not give you all the information, but they can help ease your mind. Best of luck!

I have no idea that that's rude. I think we all know this as adults---Address the issue. If necessary, involve law enforcement. I turned someone in in high school with cops because the school teacher and principal swept it under the rug. They didn't like it then.

When I started my BSN, a group of students ridiculed me and made my lab life miserable because I was slow to learn "skills." I stood up to them and I also reported them to the instructor, who had witnessed this bad behavior. She talked to the offenders and transferred me to a different group. Problem solved.
Living well is the best revenge. I graduated with honors, was on the Dean's List, won a HRSA scholarship, etc. The brats turned out to be mediocre. I went on to become an NP and have done very well.
