If one needs to retrieve the info immediately, there are a few minutes lapse. Now, that might not seem long, but it can interfere on occasion.I have to say, however, since we've tweaked the system somewhat, we have been able to save some time with that issue. One thing I like is the ability to open many records at the same time, and, have outside contracted dx tests imported.......but, there is the time lapse - the imported dx test results.Edited to read: Encounter entries are much faster than they were when we first started this program........ 0 Likes
