What are your first few days like?

I'm wondering when you arrive for an assignment and what keeps you busy those first few days- licensing office, getting your work ID, all of those practical things. Getting settled into your new home? Grocery shopping? Mapping out a route to work?

Lugging every thing in...........

I usually have my license when I get to the assignent unless the state is a walk through.

I scope out the place the day before I have to work. I have it mapped out as soon as I have my addy. Mapquest is great or Yahoo etc.
