.I'm one of those weirdos who liked the 3-11 shift. Plenty of time to do stuff in the latter part of the morning or early afternoon, plus I could stay up late and sleep in per my natural circadian rhythm. I worked only 32 hours a week, which kept me sane (for the most part). It changed to days when I went into management, which was a mixed blessing because I got home in time for dinner most times, but it was also a 40-hour week and that was a killer.
