Mine are pretty plain and boring - just the required info on a piece of heavy paper. Here in the US, there are states that no longer issue them because of imposters. They are turning to internet verification of licensure instead.
Yes that's much better... we have both our prac. cert. and verification via nurses board (state board) website... clients & patients can request this certificate at any time so we need something paperbased I guess.. cheers

In the US, the new fashion is to get away from the paper licenses or the ones that look like credit cards and go to license verification directly on the internet.
Not all states are issuing cards like yours any longer.
We also only get a license, there is no practice certificate issued.

In Florida licenses look like business licenses but we get a smaller one that we can put in our wallets. We also have online verification but some places of employment want an original from the state.
