What is difference between cna and care partner?

as far as programs, training, job requirements?

From what I can gather it is just another or different name they give people who are CNAs or patient techs. It seems there jobs are the same,and in some places it seems you are required to get your CNA and get trained in EKGs like hospital techs learn.
