What is the current LVN pay in Texas?

I will be graduating from my LVN program this summer and would like to know what the current 2017 pay rate is for a new grad LVN in Texas...mainly East Texas/Dallas area? All comments are welcome.

East Texas - less than $20/hourly...

The D/FW area - from $15 to $25 hourly. Agency/contract positions and pediatric private duty pays the most, while clinics and doctors offices pay the least. Most nursing homes pay new grad LVNs in the $18 to $23/hr range.

They make anywhere from $20-$25/hr in clinics
