I will be interning at a hospital over the summer and they stated that any color scrub will do. I am already buying a few pairs for nursing school that is required. However, this gives me the opportunity to buy one extra pair that does not pertain to my school colors. I was wondering which color would be most beneficial throughout my career. I was just thinking of getting navy scrubs because it seems that a lot of departments in a lot of hospitals choose that color for their employees to wear. Is that true or should I just get whatever color scrubs I like? Thank you in advance.

I just got a job that allows me to wear whatever color scrubs as well. I didn't think twice about any restraints. I got a navy blue Grey's Anatomy top (they are freaking comfy but a little pricey) and marroon bottoms. *cough* and another pair. And I look awesome in them, if I do say so myself. I would get scrubs that are comfy and patterns/colors that are your personal preference. Just don't get white!
Thank you! I absolutely love Grey's! Sadly we have to get white scrub tops for our college. Thankfully we do not have to get white scrub pants!
Sure. The pants didn't fit as well because they are extremely long and I wouldn't have had time to get them tailored. As for scrubs color for a more "professional" look, navy blue is always a good fall back. Or a dark grey.
