Bachelors in biology with a 3.3 GPA
Strong upward trend (2.7 freshman year, 3.0 sophomore year, 3.6 junior year, and 3.7 senior year)
I'm confident that I could do really well on the TEAS if I took it. (What sort of score/percentile would I need?)
From what I gather, admission is pretty competitive. What are my chances of getting into "top-tier", "mid-tier" or "low-tier" programs? Is there even such a thing as "low-tier programs"? Will you still be able to get a job if you complete a not-so-competitive program?
I'm a newbie here, if you can't tell, so I really appreciate your input :)

I'd say you have a pretty good shot at getting in at all but the most competitive programs. Contact admissions advisors for program specific advise. If there are any prereqs that you either need or would like to repeat, take them at the school you intend to apply to, some schools like admitting their own before transfers, even if they dont say that officially. Also, look for new programs, sometimes they have trouble filling seats and will take anyone who meets the minimum requirements.

Hello!
Every school is different about the TEAS grade. Usually somewhere in the low to mid 70's is the minimum required. You can find test information here: TEAS Test
Also, about getting in an accelerated program, it depends on the schools in your area. In which state do you live in?
Thank you for your replies! I'm in St. Louis, so I have UMSL and SLU within a 25 mile radius of where I live.
Hello,
Links #1 and #3 are the accelerated BSN programs for people who already have a bachelor's degree (other than Nursing). I could not find in either school's website their TEAS score requirement, so I suggest contacting them directly for information. I'm sorry I'm not of more help.

3) Accelerated One-Year BSN : Saint Louis University School of Nursing : SLU
USL does not list an academic advisor for the "Accelerated One-Year BSN program", so I would contact the "RN to BSN" advisor to find out if she can help you.
4) Advising : Saint Louis University School of Nursing : SLU
Good luck !
