What can I do this summer?

Hello wise AN friends! Haha

I am a second year RN student and have from May till September off from school and this scares me! I am so worried about forgetting or loosing my skills with four months off. I can not ESN as my program has changed and we do not have enough clinical hours yet. This brings me to my question- what can I do this summer? Are there any jobs or courses any one can think of that would help me keep my skills and my mind working over this long break?

Apply as an NA in a nursing home?

The real reason for a huge reduction in employed roles for students is basically they had no . When on clinical time you are covered by the school. It was a problem that arose in my hospital. Insurance is covered by yearly registration fees and you simply aren't registered either as an LPN or an RN.
