I am a LPN student in my 2nd year of nursing school...plan on graduating this july. I am taking med-surg and clinicals this semester. I just bought a NCLEX-RN book...... it is "SAUNDERS comprehensive review for the NCLEX-RN Examination Edition 4.
Does anyone have this book, and did it help?
ALSO,
Even if i'm a LPN student, could the RN neclex book still help me?

Saunder and Kaplan are considered the best. I also like HESI's book. I have several different ones. I got most of mine at Half Priced books at really good prices.
I have no idea if you should be using RN books for LPN boards. The LPN's I work with look at my school work like it is a foreign language, but they have all been out of school for a long time.
Good luck!

It can't hurt. I like Saunders, it's helped me through many a test during my first two semesters of nursing school, after which I was eligible to take my NCLEX-PN.
