What to ask: interviewing a nurse practicing in other country.

I have an assignment for my research class and I have to interview a nurse practicing in another country now.

I already have some questions but I want more ideas and questions and other stuff I want to talk with them about.

I'm excited to do this and I want to end up with an interesting paper. So can I have some help with things I should ask to the nurse I'm interviewing. I already found my nurse interviewee on Facebook. Just need more things to ask.

What questions do you have so far and what is the title for the paper/course objective?

So far, my questions are about the tasks and scopes a nurse in their country, the most important health problem/issue in there, the salary.

I don't know. I need more. Lol

Education to become nurse - some countries have different models, not all countries have several pathways...

Are there any advanced practice nurses?

What are the most popular areas to work in?

What is the image of the nurse in society ? highly regarded or not?

Average shift lengths and do they work overtime?

Do they have to complete cont education?

Is there a licensing body? not every country has a registry...
