WGU RN to MSN program???

I am an ADN who is desperately wanting to go back to school. My long term goal is to teach in a Nursing program. Any program, CNA, LPN, RN, BSN... It doesnt matter I would just love to teach. I am considering WGU. my sister went through them and got her MASTERS in EDUCATION and now is has been accepted on to another school for PHD. Her degree was not a nursing degree but she loved, and highly recommends WGU. has any nurses gone through this program? Any tips? Reviews? I work full time as a school nurse right now, so it is the perfect time to do online classes. I have 8 years until my son graduates and I would like to be out of school by then.

Also wondering if I should do BSN and then go back for MSN. Any advice?
